Job Description:-Purpose of Position: The purpose of the position is to perform all day to day activities/task of the administration department as per the Company Standards. To support the administration department and co-ordinate with the entire respective departments.

| 11. Monitor issue of Uniforms to drivers, sweepers, and helpers. 12. To ensure smooth working of the department as per approved procedures. 13. Arrange Heave Labor work as and when required 14. To handle mobile bills, landline bills & reimbursement of mobile bills of staff. 15. To enter and check all petty cash vouchers. 16. To maintain the record of vehicle requisition slip. 17. To check the pest control activities are done as per the defined period. 18. To check all the Bio-Hazardous material is handed over to authorized vendors as per approved procedure, on daily basis to check the weight. 19. To handle printing visiting cards. 20. To handle all administration vendor bills (fuel Vendors, Washing, Photocopiers, pest control). 21. To maintain First Aid records & employee treatment records and monitoring of First Aid box medicine checklist. 22. To maintain all SOP of Admin Department. 23. Telephone bills tracking register. 24. To make a security roster. 25. Any other responsibility as decided by the Reporting Manager from time to time |

2. Excellent follow-through.
3. Since this is a desk-job (administrative) position, a married lady, staying 45 minutes from our location will be preferred.
