Job Description

• Looking for a talented and motivated person who wants to be part of growing dry fruits & grocery e-commerce business (Dilligrocery.com) for a well-renowned traditional store. The role will require the person to manage online orders, packaging, logistics, & customer support. In-store billing support will also be required. We are looking for an individual who is hard-working, willing to learn and work from a non-air-conditioned but happening store in Khari Baoli, Chandni Chowk, Delhi. This will be a great opportunity for the individual to be a part of a fast-growing online & in-store business.

• Past experience in e-commerce, logistics, or customer support is a plus.
  Must be comfortable with using a computer, internet, email, and smartphone for managing the business.
  12th pass must. Graduation is a plus.
  Should be able to read, write, and speak English to some extend. We deliver dry fruits across India and not all of our customers understand Hindi.
