Job Description:-

· Taking care of general maintenance of office premises.

· Ensuring allocation of office space to new joiners as intimated by HR.

· Taking care of end to end logistics requirement like stationery & system arrangement, telephone extension and if require sim card arrangement.

· Responsible for Domestic & International couriers.

· Taking care of official travel arrangement as per eligibility like CABS, BUS, TRAIN & AIR tickets and ensuring for accommodation as required

· Verification of bills of security, vendors, electricity, water etc. and passing it to finance department.

· Handling of Petty Cash

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:-

· Aadhaar Card

· Pan Card

· Bank Document (Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook)

· Stationery distributions to all projects

· Arranging ID cards, visiting cards for new joiners and ordering letterheads, envelopes as per requirement

· Maintenance of documents and files as per ISO standard for periodic internal & external audit.

· Guest House – Identify, Furnish, maintenance & closure.
