Job Summary

We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented storekeeper to manage all of the operations in our storeroom. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the storeroom
Checking the physical quantity of materials and verify with a receipt or bin card.
Maintaining the stock registers, entering all receipts, issues, and balance of materials
Checking and controlling losses due to leakage, theft, wear&tear, expiry dates and so on
Arranging for physical verification of store items periodically
Generate reports of idle materials and unwanted goods
Inspect incoming goods at all times with respect to quantity & quality
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
Purchase material according to the planning & budget.
Manages all the activities related to dispatch
Maintaining dispatch related documents.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Min 3 years of experience as a store Incharge
